To upload files, FTP to ftp.webhero.com using your domain name as the username and your password.  To authenticate use the following credentials:

Once logged in you will need to navigate into the public_html directory.  This is where you will upload your website files and create new subdirectories.  More detailed information is located at https://support.webhero.com  

Email Notes:

You should receive a separate email when your email service has been setup; your primary email account will be setup as {{embed_email}}@{{domain_name}}, and you may use the control panel to manage email for your domain.

Transmission of unsolicited e-mail ("spamming") is strictly prohibited.  Violation of this rule can result in immediate cancellation of email services.
